Kevin N. Golden is a graduate of Cleveland State University, Cleveland - Marshall College of Law. While attending Cleveland - Marshall, Kevin was a member of the Entertainment and Sports Law Association and served as the President of the Business Law Association. Additionally, Kevin served as the Business Development Editor of the Global Business Law Review, Social Activities Co-Chairman of the Black Law Students Association, and was a Student Bar Association Senator.
Prior to becoming a member of the Georgia Bar, Kevin interned with the Business Court Division of the Superior Court of Fulton County. There, Kevin worked directly with Senior Judges on commercial litigation matters where the amount in dispute exceeded $1 million. Kevin has also worked with Administrative Law Judges, Insurance Companies, and a City Transit Authority.
Kevin's background as a former Division 1 college football player, bass guitarist who played his way through law school, songwriter, music publisher, and producer gives him a unique perspective and ability to identify legal issues surrounding the pop culture industry, which allows him to effectively represent the legal interests of creative talent.
