Kevin N. Golden, Esq. is an experienced personal injury and entertainment attorney, having both obtained six-figure settlements for accident injury victims, and represented clients in recording, publishing, production, TV, and licensing deals, as well as in copyright infringement cases involving chart-topping songs. Kevin is also an accomplished songwriter, musician, and producer who is able to "speak both (legal and creative) languages", a unique ability that is particularly helpful in advocating for his clients. Prior to becoming a member of the Georgia Bar, Kevin interned with the Business Court Division of the Superior Court of Fulton County. There, Kevin worked directly with Senior Judges on commercial litigation matters where the amount in dispute exceeded $1 million. Kevin has also worked with Administrative Law Judges, Insurance Companies, and a City Transit Authority. While in law school, Kevin was a member of the Entertainment and Sports Law Association and served as the President of the Business Law Association.
